To All My Practice Members Past and Present (and Future);

I am pleased to announce the addition to my website something that is long overdue in the Healthcare Industry.  With the help of my webmasters, Trista and Russell Polo of All That Internet, I have a new section devoted to “Action Plans and Solutions.”  Based on all the different conditions listed on the site under “Chronic/Pain Conditions, Specific Health Concerns, Questions About My Child’s Health or Questions About Health and Wellness,” you can now get a specific Action Plan and Solution for each condition for you to consider. 

With Universal Health Care coming sometime in 2014, it is important for you to have Action Plans and Solutions that are practical and doable.  Having these Action Plans and Solutions available to you will help you to do the following:

1) understand the necessary steps you will need to take in order to relieve your symptoms (Phase I / Relief Care)

2) correct your problem (Phase II / Corrective Care

3) restore and maintain your health yourself (Phase III / Maintenance/Preventive Care)

This will enable you to stop getting caught up in endless cycle of:

1) waiting at your doctor’s office for several hours before being seen

2) less actual face time with your doctor due to too many people

3) more time with the Physician’s Assistant or Nurse Practitioner without certainty of care recommendations

4)      only to be given one or more of the following:

a)      a symptom based prescription (complete with side-effects)

b)      some expensive testing (and more searching for clarity of your condition)  

c)      some life altering surgery (that permanently alters your body and all the consequences that go with it)

My hope is you will now have available to you Action Plans and Solutions specific for your health concern that will allow you to be in control of your health and take ownership of your body.
