With Winter coming ever closer as the days get shorter, it is important to consider how eating sugar leads to shutting off your Immune System.  With Halloween Festivities occurring this coming week, this amy seem impossible to avoid.  Come to a class this Tuesday to learn How To prevent Sugar Overload and Prevent A Winter of Sickness in Your Child.  In this FREE Class, I will give you solutions to suggest as alternatives to the candy most will hand out, and what to discuss with your children if you and they are tired of getting sick all winter.  I will also offer up solutions to consider when they come home with a bag full of candy so they can feel good about NOT eating all the candy.
