May 26th Tuesday Evening's FREE Health Care Class

All supplements are not created equal.  Important fact to strongly consider when putting any vitamin or supplement into your body.  That is why I am having this Tuesday's FREE Health Care Class on this very topic.  So many health food stores offer so many varieties of vitamins and supplements and it is next to impossible to discern for yourself what is best and how your body feels about taking the substances.  So why not come to a class that answers once and for all these important questions.  I invite you to bring any and all supplements you are currently taking and lets ask how your body feels about them.  And then we can determine what dosage is being asked for by your body.  And if we determine together that what you have is not in the best interest of your health, we can find a suitable substitute.
