This Tuesday evening's FREE Health Care Class will be a Special double class focusing on "What's In Your Drinking Water," and "Vitamin B, Understanding The Importance."  This double class will be focused on helping you understand the relationship between your drinking water and how your B vitamins, a water soluable vitamin complex, will become deficient and lead to heart concerns if you are not careful.  It begins with irregular heartbeats.
